TJ Johnson Executive Director

With over 25 years of experience in the Human Services and Healthcare field, TJ Johnson brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to her role. Holding a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and an undergraduate degree in Human Services from Springfield College, TJ has a robust background in program development, operations, and strategic planning.

TJ is passionate about senior care and values the direct connections she has with residents and their families. Her role at Regency Park Senior Living allows her to be actively involved in enhancing care and customer service. In addition to her management expertise, TJ holds both a CMT and ALM license, showcasing her commitment to ongoing professional development.

Before joining Regency Park, TJ’s career spanned Adult Medical Day Centers, Home Healthcare, and Nursing Homes, where she gained extensive experience in both clinical and operational aspects of senior care.



April Lane
Admissions & Marketing Director

April Lane Admissions Marketing

April is a dedicated healthcare professional with more than ten years of experience in the healthcare industry. She currently serves as the Admissions and Marketing Director, where she leverages her extensive background to support the facility’s mission. April earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Coppin State University, providing her with a solid foundation in organizational and administrative skills. April’s passion for helping others is evident in her approach to her work. With over twenty years of customer service experience, she consistently demonstrates her commitment to providing excellent support and care to those she serves. She is highly skilled at integrating healthcare services, utilizing community resources, and involving families to create a strong support network for the facility. Her ability to coordinate these elements ensures that patients and families receive comprehensive care and assistance throughout their experience.


Alice Carroll
Wellness Director

Alice Carroll Director of Wellness

Alice Carroll brings over a decade of nursing care experience to her role as Wellness Director at Regency Park Senior Living. A graduate of Arundel High School, Alice earned her associate degree in general studies before obtaining her CNA/GNA certification from Crofton Care Rehabilitation Center and her medical assistant certification from Tesst College of Technology.

Her dedication to senior care led her to further her education, graduating as a Licensed Practical Nurse from Radiance College in Washington, DC. Alice is passionate about providing high-quality care and ensuring the well-being of residents through personalized attention and compassionate leadership.


Katrina Alexander
Director of Care Operations & Clinical Support

Katrina Alexander

Katrina Alexander is the Director of Care Operations & Clinical Support at Regency Park Senior Living, where she oversees resident care services, staff support, and daily operations. Having begun her career at Regency Park two years ago as a caregiver and medication technician, she has firsthand experience and a deep understanding of the needs of both residents and care teams.

Katrina holds a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Science in Information Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Communications. She is also a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Medication Technician. A proud U.S. Army veteran who served as a Non-Commissioned Officer, she brings strong leadership, accountability, and organizational skills to her role.

With more than 15 years of experience in service leadership and relationship management, Katrina has built her career on communication, compassion, and developing meaningful connections. Guided by respect and a commitment to service, she is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life and well-being of every resident while fostering a supportive environment for residents, families, and staff.


Nathan Montigny
Life Enrichment Manager

Nathan Montigny

Nathan Montigny brings creativity, energy, and a passion for enriching the lives of seniors to his role as Life Enrichment Manager at Regency Park Assisted Living Community. A graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in Manhattan with a degree in Performance Arts, Nathan enjoys using his talents to bring entertainment, engagement, and excitement to every program and activity he leads.

Nathan joined the Regency Park family in December 2024 as an Activities Assistant, where his upbeat personality, enthusiasm, and dedication quickly made him a favorite among residents and staff alike. His ability to connect with others and create meaningful experiences has led him to his new role as Life Enrichment Manager, where he looks forward to expanding programs that foster joy, connection, and purpose for residents. Nathan is excited to continue building a vibrant and engaging community while creating lasting memories for the residents and families of Regency Park.

Kristyn Middleton Business Office Coordinator

Kristyn Middleton serves as the Business Office Coordinator at Regency Park Assisted Living Community, bringing with her a strong background in business administration and a deep commitment to customer service. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and is passionate about ensuring operational efficiency while creating a welcoming and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff. Originally from Washington, D.C., Kristyn is also an accomplished visual artist. Her artwork is known for its vibrant use of color and expressive themes centered around emotion and transformation. She brings the same creativity, attention to detail, and heartfelt dedication to her professional role as she does to her artistic endeavors.

Sebert Balfour
Maintenance Director

Sebert Balfour Director of Maintenance

Sebert Balfour is an experienced Maintenance Director with a strong background in plumbing, carpentry, and sales. He currently oversees maintenance operations, ensuring that systems and facilities function efficiently and effectively.

Previously, Sebert worked as a plumber in New York, managing installations and repairs with precision. His carpentry expertise allowed him to construct and repair structures with exceptional accuracy.

With 15 years of experience in the sales industry, Sebert has a proven track record of building strong customer relationships and driving business growth. His dedication, problem-solving skills, and ability to perform under pressure make him a valuable leader in any maintenance or operational setting.

Xavier Respass
Manager of Dietary

He obtained his Culinary Arts certification in 2009 and has successfully managed kitchen staff for more than two years. Passionate about providing residents with nourishing and delicious meals, Xavier takes pride in crafting diverse menus that cater to their tastes and nutritional needs. His dedication to quality dining enhances the overall well-being and satisfaction of the Regency Park community.
